What are the delivery costs?

 Orders are sent by courier and the charges depend on the value of the order and the destination as summarised below. If special delivery arrangements are requested (e.g. express overnight courier) these may incur an additional charge based upon the cost of the shipment plus a handling fee.

 Goods ordered from Myknxstore for delivery in the UK will attract carriage/delivery charges as follows: up to a value of £200.00, delivery charge - £12.50, £200.00, or above Delivery FOC. This amount is calculated automatically by the site as you go through the checkout.

 

How long will delivery take?

  All stock orders will be completed within 5-7 working days. You will be notified via e-mail of any deliveries which fall outside of this time.

What do I do if I need to return something?

Returns Policy

Where the customer rejects the Goods as not being in accordance with the customer's requirement, the company shall reserve the right to refund all or part of the original invoiced amount.

When the customer sends an item back to the company (or, when the company arranges for collecting from the customer), the company will process the returned item then notify the customer via e-mail of the refund.

The refund shall be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of the company receiving the returned item(s).

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period.

Items returned after the seven-day cooling off period

* Where the customer is withdrawing from the purchase between 7 and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on the part of the company, the company will refund only the cost of the item as invoiced less a 10% charge per item for restocking if returned in original packaging. If not in original packaging but in a resalable state, there will be a 25% handling charge.

* The company will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to the customer in connection with the purchase.

* Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Technical

Windows USB Fix

The update from Windows 8.0 to 8.1 saw a ‘USB Sleep Mode’ feature added in order to save energy. Unfortunately KNX devices do not support this feature yet, and are therefore simply switched off by Windows 8.1. The only workaround is to switch this newly-introduced ‘USB Sleep Mode’ feature off.

 

Please bear in mind that this feature needs to be modified for each individual KNX USB interface, just in case you have more than one connected dongle to the same computer with Windows 8.1.

To switch off the ‘USB Sleep Mode’ for each individual KNX USB device, you need to download a fix provided by KNX Association.

• Download and execute the KNXUsbFix.zip file.
• After installation, Windows must be restarted before the changes take effect.

Notes
1) Make sure you use an account with administrative rights.
2) When Windows 8.1 goes into sleep mode, it might be necessary to unplug and re-insert the USB interface once, after each wake-up of the PC.
