With the Christmas break fast approaching please find additional information on last order deadlines, office closures and delivery dates below. If you require delivery of a current or upcoming order before Christmas, we advise you contact the My KNX Store team directly.
Orders requiring a pre-Christmas delivery must be placed as follows:
* Although we cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery this will give us the best possible chance to fulfil all orders before the holiday break. Out of stock and custom build units might be subject to longer turnarounds due to required quantities. If you require a pre-Christmas delivery of an out of stock or custom build unit, we advise you contact a member of the My KNX Store team directly for a specific update on the good(s) in question.
We are not responsible for any courier delays due to the busy festive period. All orders will be held until they can be dispatched in full, part shipments are available upon request.
Our last dispatch date is Wednesday 23rd December 2020.
Due to the increased demand on courier services as we approach the festive break, along with the added impact of Covid-19, a standard delivery service will now only be available until 04/01/2021. Transit times vary depending on delivery address. Express pre 10:30 and pre 12:00 services will recommence on 4th January 2021.
The My KNX Store office will be closed from 12:00 on Thursday 24th December 2020 until 08:00 Monday 4th January 2021.
If you are looking to place an order over the coming weeks, we advise you to do so as soon as possible to beat the Christmas delivery rush.
