Our Returns Policy

The following procedures are made in accordance with and subject to the Return of Goods section of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. No products will be accepted for return without prior authorisation from My KNX Store.

Requests for Return of Goods – Procedure

Requests for product returns can be made from your online we account once you login and go to your previous orders. Where you wish to return items to My KNX Store, these goods must comply with the authorised returns criteria as set out below:

  • - Details of the product code, model or description must be provided
  • - Specific reason for return against approved criteria
  • - The Despatch note or Invoice Number that the goods were originally supplied against.
  • - Full contact details must be provided
  • - Products must be suitably packaged (in the original unmarked packaging)

    On receipt of all the appropriate information, we will send confirmation of the return request and advised of the necessary action e.g. acceptance and collection arrangements or a rejection of the request. All returns will be inspected on receipt.

    Please Note:

    • - No items will be accepted as returns, or debit notes processed without the pre-requisite RMA number.
    • - Collection will be refused if goods are returned in any other way, unless otherwise agreed.
    • - Any Sale or return samples must be returned in original condition. A carriage charge may apply to return these to our supplier.
    • - If products returned as ‘faulty’ are found to have No Fault Found [NFF] by our supplier then those products will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to the customer.
    • - We reserve the right to refund all or part of the original invoiced amount.
    • - Special / made to order items can only be returned if they are found to be faulty.
    • - All refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used and processed within 3 weeks of receiving the returns form.
    • - We will not refund the delivery cost of returned items.

Delivery Information

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days unless out of stock with the manufacture. You will be notified via e-mail of any deliveries which fall outside of this time.

Some items are made to order and may take longer than the 5-7 days for delivery. If you have ordered a made to order item, we will inform you via email once the relevant supplier has confirmed the delivery time scale.

  • - Standard next day delivery for in stock orders.
  • - Standard 5 working day delivery for out of stock items.
  • - Shipping rates vary depending on order size and destination.
  • - Order dispatch confirmation email sent.
  • - Free delivery for orders over £500 ex VAT (UK mainland only).
  • - Special delivery available.
  • - Express Next Day delivery available on stock delivery.

Although delivery dates are quoted in good faith no liability shall attach to the Company for delays in delivery, or for non-delivery caused by circumstance outside the Company’s control.

6a) No claims by the Buyer for non-delivery, particularly as a result of non-delivery by another supplier to the Company, discrepancy, delay in delivery, or for loss of goods or damage of the same will be considered by the Company, unless either.

i) both the Carrier and the Company are advised of all damages within three working days of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer.

ii) non-delivery or delay is reported in writing by the Buyer to the Carrier and the Company within three days after the invoice date. Time is of the essence of this clause.

If the Goods are accepted from the Carrier unchecked, delivery notes and or delivery sheets signed “not examined” will not relieve the Buyer from his obligation to inform in writing, any shortages. The Company’s liability in respect to any claim accepted under this Clause is limited to making up the shortage or replacing any goods proved to have been damaged or lost in transit to the point of delivery. The Company accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by the Buyer whether direct or consequential and whatsoever arising.
